Pao Pestana presents an electric and dynamic performance, a hard hitting show where she travels between a variety of musical genres and presents a new flavour by merging them with her South American heritage. A captivating potion that contains Latinx alt-pop, radical electronic waves and a spice of refreshing soul.

Pao self-released her first song as a solo artist in October 2020 “Quiero Verte” Followed by “Culebras” catching the attention of BBC 6 Music Introducing, Jyoty (Rinse FM), Wide Radio, Pop Matters, Hoxton radio, Le Future Wave who among many others have become her big supporters.

Previously the London based Songwriter and Producer began releasing in 2018 under the name of “Intaya” (her first original project) attracting support from the likes of: Earmilk, The 405, Fubar Radio, Hoxton Radio, Woodburner, VM Radio in New York.

Pao performed at two sold out shows in 2021, supporting major acts, such as La Chica at Dalston Curve Garden and La Yegros at the Jazz Cafe.

2022 will be a refreshing year in music as Pao Pestana releases new music to captivate us all.
